The textbook does a wonderful job of permitting the completely different sections to be blended and matched in a method that helps instructors. When there are sections within the book that reference different sections, hyperlinks are supplied that can facilitate the reader’s contextualization of a authorized concept. In addition, the sections inside a chapter are introduced in such a means that isn’t overwhelming for the reader. I love that this textbook includes a chapter on insurance which is such an essential threat administration idea to grasp in the enterprise world. Other Business Law textbooks I actually have used haven’t coated insurance, so I appreciated this addition. Chapter eight is introduction to contract legislation, and then there are separate chapters on the settlement, actual assent, consideration, treatments (e.g. requirements to have a valid contract), and then chapter fifty three, the final chapter, is about contracts.
