CommentsI suppose the e-book does a superb job of presenting the fabric related to business college students and the law in a transparent and complete trend. Many of the concepts in the book can be seen in a “siloed” trend and the e-book does a great job of recognizing that. It is confusing that there are two separate sections that each discuss contracts.
I use a few of the basis chapters in my “Introduction to Legal Studies” class and I use more superior chapters in my “Business Organizations for Paralegal” course. I like this book as a result of it presents a very complete coverage of each subject. I really recognize the cases and workouts that come at the end of the chapters, which I typically use as nicely. For instance, if a buyer purchases an item that has an categorical or implied guarantee and the business breaches this guarantee, the client may bring a lawsuit against the enterprise for sending them a faulty product. In this instance, both industrial regulation and state merchandise liability legal guidelines would apply. There are countless ways that a dispute can arise in the middle of running a enterprise.
