Book looks like it can be assembled in a different order and with out inclusion of all chapters to satisfy my needs within the course I would contemplate this book for. Technically, there have been no issues with the links and the charts had been clear. However, the educational expertise can be considerably enhanced by the addition of more detailed charts summarizing the narrative. For instance, college students should see a flow chart of how a invoice becomes a law, and they need to have a visible comparability of the formation/duration/management/liability/transferability/taxation implications of the completely different enterprise types.
Many authorized “phrases of art” are succinctly explained both by means of a pop-up balloon or through a narrative. However, by the top of the chapter, a pupil may be overwhelmed by this first introduction to the language of legislation. A listing of key phrases / phrases incorporated into the tip-of-chapter summary, with a link to a authorized dictionary, would reinforce the data gained.
